It has a certain rigidity, self-supporting,small specific gravity, noshort fiber shedding, low thermal conductivity,service temperature up to3000 ℃. It issuitable for high pressure gasquenching furnace, pressure sintering furnace,silicon carbide recrystallizationfurnace, singlecrystal silicon draw furnace, polysilicon casting furnace and soon. It canprovide all kinds of shapes such as flat plate, disc, cylinder and soon. The servicelife is long and easy to install and dismantle.
